Promedica24 launches hourly care service in South Leicestershire
Promedica24 is pleased to announce the launch of our new hourly care service in South Leicestershire. By bringing our live-in care expertise to the home care sector, we can now provide flexible, high-quality care for our clients. Our qualified, experienced carers can now support our clients from the very first time they need support, no matter how small the task.
Led by Lisa Colver, our new care service will cover the Blaby and Lutterworth areas. Local residents can enjoy a dedicated level of hourly care in the comfort of their own homes. Lisa is CQC registered and brings 35 years of health and social care expertise, combined with local knowledge. This hourly home care service is available to anyone over 18 years.

Our home care service allows our clients to continue living in their own homes within a familiar environment, surrounded by family and friends. This enables people to feel safe and secure. We offer fully managed, regulated short or long-term care, including providing respite for family members returning from hospital, due to an operation, illness or injury. We can also provide holiday cover for family carers, giving them a much-needed break.
Dedicated and qualified carers
Our experienced carers have been professionally trained to look after people with different needs. These include but are not limited to dementia, Parkinson’s, cancer, MND, the effects of stroke, as well as vulnerable adults with limited mobility and physical disabilities.
Promedica24 is a fully regulated care provider, overseen by the Care Quality Commission to ensure high standards. So, you can be confident that all our care workers have the professional training required to provide you or your family with the support you need.
Personalised home care service
Our home care service gives you the flexibility to choose the number of minutes and hours needed each day and week. We offer 30-minute, 45-minute and 1-hour visits, right up to 24/7 care. Care can be put in place within 24 hours after first contact and assessment.
Once a dedicated carer is assigned, they can help in various ways, from companionship and conversations to interactions with the local community. They can help around the house with laundry, cleaning, cooking and ensuring a safe environment. Our carers can accompany you to GP and hospital appointments, organise and collect medication, and provide personal care and medication assistance. They can take you shopping, out for coffee or day trips.
