You will need to build a robust team around you to support your objectives, as handling all responsibilities single-handedly will not be feasible. This team will be crucial in helping you achieve your business goals.
As the Franchisee, you will lead and establish your team, support and manage your Registered Manager, ensure training, compliance, and quality are maintained as well as oversee recruitment activities. You will also handle the financing and accounting for the business, ensuring all requirements of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) are met.
