How does CareConnect work?

You begin your CareConnect Subscription and complete our Discovery Assessment so we can learn more about your needs and preferences.

We match you with a screened, DBS checked self-employed carer.

You discuss your needs directly with the carer and begin your care package.

You benefit from unlimited matching as long as your subscription is active.

Is CareConnect right for me?

CareConnect is designed for people who want to manage their care themselves, with full oversight.

CareConnect could be a good fit for you if:
You are able and willing to craft your own care plan
You have the time, skills, and confidence to manage your own care package including the administrative and contractual aspects.
You have previous experience of working with a Personal Care Assistant
