Promedica24 is delighted to announce Gillian Louggar as our new Registered Manager. With over 15 years of experience in the care industry, Gillian’s career began as a Care Support Worker. Quickly discovering her passion for care work, Gillian has worked her way from Trainer to Locality Manager, and most recently, Care Manager.
Gillian’s passion for person-centred care, her commitment to her team, and her belief in putting the people we support first, have made her uniquely qualified for the Registered Manager role.
Speaking of her appointment, Gillian said, “Care is where my heart lies, and being able to be a part of a fantastic care company in a leadership role is a challenge I am looking forward to, and one where I will give my very best. I will uphold our values and work hard with my colleagues to ensure we deliver the best possible person-centred care.”
