Our Care Manager Jo Luxton spoke to Sky News this morning about her lived experience caring for her nan with dementia.
Appearing after former Health Secretary, Jeremy Hunt, Jo discussed the difficulties she faced when trying to access support and why social care funding is desperately needed to ensure people can access the care of their choice.
Jo also highlighted the benefits of live-in care and the importance of a personalised approach to ensure everyone can receive the best possible care that fits their individual needs and situation.
