Paula Beaney, Quality Assurance Director at Europe’s largest live-in care provider Promedica24, was recognised for her outstanding leadership at the Social Care Leadership Awards
The Social Care Leadership Awards recognises excellence in social care leadership. The gala evening saw over 300 people come together to celebrate influential leaders in the sector and crown the winners of the Top 30, Leadership and Premium Supplier awards.
Paula received the Quality Assurance Leader accolade for her outstanding contribution to the social care sector and leadership to the team at Promedica24. She impressed the judges with her commitment to driving improvements in the quality of the services Promedica24 provides and for creating an open and inclusive discussion on the best practices and standards of care across the whole sector. Earlier this year, Paula was named as Quality Assurance Champion in Home Care Insight’s Power List for her dedication to promoting compliant ways of working and enhancing the quality of Promedica24’s live-in care and companionship services.
Paula Beaney, Quality Assurance Director at Promedica24, said: “It’s a huge honour to receive the Quality Assurance Leader Award at this year’s Social Care Leadership Awards. After the difficult year we’ve all had, it was wonderful to see people come together in person and celebrate the achievements and progress we’ve made as a sector.
“This award would not have been possible without the dedication and commitment of the Promedica24 team, who work tirelessly all year round to deliver safe and effective care to our clients and their families. I couldn’t be prouder of everyone’s efforts and feel incredibly lucky to work with such a dedicated group of people all across the UK. This award is testament to their passion and desire to make a tangible, positive difference in people’s lives.”
Katarzyna Twardowska, Executive Director at Promedica24, said: “We are incredibly proud of Paula’s achievements and are so pleased to see her crowned as the sectors top Quality Assurance Leader.
“Paula’s guidance during the past year has instilled confidence in the entire Promedica24 team and enabled us to continue delivering the highest quality care and support for our clients and their loved ones. From all of us at Promedica24 – congratulations on a truly deserved win.”
Earlier this year, Promedica24 launched a recruitment campaign creating 2000 jobs across the UK in response to a surge in demand for live-in care services. The company is set to reach its target in 2022 and is committed to offering bespoke training and development opportunities and a clear progression pathway to equip people with the skills and experience needed for a fulfilling career in care.
