Promedica24, Europe’s leading live-in care provider, has announced the launch of their new fully digital recruitment process through Eploy. Prospective carers can now apply for a job at Promedica24 at any time and from anywhere, using just their mobile phone.
Job seekers can upload their updated CV, saving them valuable time as the platform automatically extracts data for most of the application process. Additionally, they will receive quick feedback at every stage of their application, along with reminders and support whenever needed.
The new application process also features self-scheduling for interviews, which candidates can arrange at a time that suits them best. They can also access their profile and the latest job opportunities at any time, allowing them to complete an unfinished application or check for new vacancies.
“We are thrilled to introduce our new digital recruitment process,” said Alexandra-Maria Salari, Recruitment Team Leader at Promedica24 UK. “We’re confident that it will provide people with a positive candidate experience, and we look forward to seeing the results.”
