Meet our new Head of Franchise Development

Promedica24, Europe’s largest provider of live-in care services, has appointed Michael Browne as UK Head of Franchise Development to support dynamic business growth in the UK market.
Michael brings a wealth of franchise industry knowledge and expertise, having spent the last 15 years managing the franchise operations of one of the UK’s leading parcel delivery companies. His experience, gained over a 20-year-long career in the franchising industry, includes developing franchise models for franchisors, supporting the training and development of franchisee networks, and driving profitable growth for businesses in the UK and overseas.
At Promedica24, Michael will oversee the development of the existing franchisee network, implement strategies for recruiting and onboarding new franchisees, and direct the growth of the UK franchise network to reach new clients who require affordable, personalised live-in care services in the comfort of their own homes. The appointment cements Promedica24’s commitment to investing in the growth of its UK franchise network and providing all franchisees with the highest quality mentorship and support.
