Additionally, her time as a Trainer and Assessor for Acorn Training showcased her dedication to fostering growth and professional development among healthcare staff.
Emma is not only an operational expert but also a skilled innovator. Emma’s goal is to establish Promedica24 South Leicestershire as a beacon of excellence in the care industry so that every client feels valued, supported, and encouraged to meet their individual goals. Emma says, “For me, it is important that each person is treated as an individual. There is no ‘one size fits all’ in care. Under my leadership, we will strive to ensure that each person we support can receive the care they need to enjoy the life they want to lead”.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring the countryside, reading, and travelling. Her love for building connections and her energetic approach to life make her an inspiring leader and a great addition to the Promedica24 family.
