With over 27 years in health and social care, I bring a wealth of experience and dedication to my work. Starting as a care support worker, I’ve progressed to leadership roles, including branch manager, overseeing smooth day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting staff development.
I am qualified up to a Level 5 in Health and Social Care and have led projects such as implementing new systems and delivering training to promote professional growth. My expertise includes care coordination, quality audits, recruitment, and mentoring teams to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.
Passionate about supporting others, I work closely with staff and local authorities to uphold high standards while fostering a positive and professional environment. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, taking countryside walks, reading, and travelling.
